Other accomplishments ranged from art illustrations, image scanning, to photo retouch, page layout, copy-editing, and time management. Supervising all aspects of the workflow to and from freelancers with the internal art and page layout technicians was key to production and profitability.

Electronic pre-press and design layout. Preflight and proof client files for final output for print. Troubleshooting files and computer program errors, scanning, typesetting, and paste-up. Use of Mac and PC platforms for the layout and design of client proposals as well as original mock-ups. Responsible for time management and budgeting for each shift. Liaison with client and CSR’s.

Ad layout and design for Realtor magazines along with additional publications for distribution. Pre-press production, preflight all incoming client files, proofreading, typesetting, and copy editing all production work. Troubleshoot computer errors and software issues. Other job duties included employee supervision, execution of design concepts and manage projects and tasks to completion. Maintains organization of project management. Publisher liaison and coordinator.
